After presumably sampling a bar of one of the best chocolate brands in the world, global superstar Enrique Iglesias has paid another fitting tribute to the country that will welcome him in early September by sharing an unusual gift from a Kazakh artist online.
The innovative and unique Kazakh artist and blogger Asel Sabyrzhankyzy produces artwork using carpet instead of the traditional canvas, and the 49 million people who follow Enrique on Facebook, plus 10 million on X, got to see her work, captioned with Enrique’s own words, ‘See you soon, Kazakhstan!’
The video, available above, quickly attracted the attention of users and fuelled interest in Asel’s creations, plus of course Enrique Iglesias’s upcoming concerts in Kazakhstan, scheduled for 3 & 5 September in Astana and Almaty, respectively.

The story is, after a fight with her husband, who doesn’t support her passion for art, a young woman climbs to the top floor of her building and, using spray cans, creates a large portrait of Enrique Iglesias, impressive to say the least.
Enrique agreed, quite a tribute from the singer who has sold over 180 million records, one of the most successful artists in the history of pop music. Those planning to go to one of his shows are reminded that tickets are now available on the Freedom SuperApp and Ticketon.kz
